DIO (Julie Edge) conducted an inspection of the stairwells in all of the flats alongside the Fire Officer today. It was noted that in some areas, boxes/rubbish is being dumped in the void under the stairwell. The voids under the stairs have to be available as they house the main fuse leading into all  the flats and access should be available 24/7 in case of emergency power issues.

Can all  occupants remove items that belong to them by 01 Aug 17.  Anything remaining after this date will be taken and disposed of.
